This Week...

Another week's gone by. Some editing was done but in a bit of a rut. I just can't seem to concentrate. On the bright side, I'm making Crock Pot Apple Butter for the family and the house smells absolutely wonderful.



I used half the sugar called for, adding it after the apples cooked down so as to sweeten it to taste and it came out perfect!
